I am a researcher at the Centre for Palaeogenetics, Stockholm University. I’m interested in the use of bioinformatic and computational methods to integrate ancient, historical, and modern genomic data into evolutionary, population, and conservation genomics studies.
In the MAMBA project I am responsible for aDNA data analyses. I also coordinate aDNA sampling.
I am a main author of landmark studies including sequencing and analyzing aDNA from more than 1 million years old mammoths, and the largest aDNA data study of an extinct species (woolly mammoth).
